In recent years, research in the area of neuroplasticity (moulding your brain like plastic) is beginnning to find a connection between exercise and changes to the brain. Exercise seems to work not only at the muscle level, but also at the central nervous system. Will exercise eventually become a vaccine to neuro-degenerative diseases?
